Moving to Woodley

Hello - We are considering moving to Woodley. Our son is 13. If anyone lives there, would you mind sharing the "personality" of Woodley? Is it a good place to settle in, buy a house, and build community? It appears to have so much to offer! Would love to hear your thoughts and experience. Thank you Mums!

Hi @JennyDVP, just wondering if you could share anything you found in your research on Woodley? Considering the area too and would love to get some insight.

I don’t live in Woodley, but not far away and know people who do and they are all happy there. It’s got a nice little centre with a few shops. It’s got good schools and you’re not far from Dinton pastures. Easy access to the motorways, not far from sonning and Reading. It’s a safe area and as far as I’m aware, has a nice community. The people I know have children at Bulnersbe and maiden Erleigh schools and all seem happy.
