I am desperately looking for a house in Nantwich but unsure of areas. I like Stapeley, can anyone give me any local insider information on the area or suggest other areas to look at please? I’m looking for a four bed detached in a quiet area within walking distance of town.

We’ve done the same! It’s a lovely estate and walkable to town. We aren’t there yet. But hopefully exchanging/completing end of November! Moving from the city. And sold our house in May. So we’ve been desperate to get there 😂 Hope your move goes well too!

So sorry to hear that! I hope you get to move soon, too! It's taken us seven months so far...We sold in May. And one of our buyers dropped out as they couldn't get a mortgage. We were lucky to get another buyer in August and everything seems to be going smoothly. Expectations is that we'll be moving end of November. But you never know with these things. I'm not holding my breath!

I live on Stapeley in Nantwich, we moved from London a few years ago. It’s a great estate and it’s in catchment for the good high school (brine leas) and several good primary schools. David Wilson are starting building new houses soon in stapeley. The second part of a bigger estate. 15-20 mins walk to town, train station and shops.
