Item left in tube

At 14.05 today a Dad and 2 children left an item of shopping on the tube when they got off at Parsons Green station.
I waited at Putney Bridge looking out for them in case they got on next train.
If this was you, I have and want to re-unite with child.

Best to leave it at lost property at a station. Perhaps at Parson's green.

Yes I am doing that today. I hoped they'd travel the few stops to Wimbledon but they didn't. I waited at Putney Bridge on platform for 4 more trains but no sign of them doing that. So today, mid morning 29th, I'm dropping it back to PG station.
I didn't want an opportunist going off with it, (especially as in a Harrods bag!), and I knew one child will be so disappointed to have lost it. I'd been speaking to the family on the tube as we travelled, so I felt I should try to help. Its always difficult to trace list property, as I know from experience. Like so much, very different from decades ago when EVERY station had a Lost Property office!!
