Hi there, my little girl is now 2 1/4 and I think in need of more stimulation than I am currently giving her at home . We have tried and left the likes of jo jingles and tumble tots because at the time they were just too structured for her but given that time is ticking on I think that she needs to get used to structure/routine outside of what we do at home. I'm just looking really for any feedback, positive or negative, on local nurseries/daycare. So far I've looked into Asquith at David Lloyd in Sidcup (physically visited, seems okay, if expensive) and online at Acorns Early Years which looks nice but need to visit.

Thanks in advance for any comments.

Sarah

DD#1 moved to the Acorns Early years centre from another nursery last September and we have been really pleased with them. She seems very happy there and we really felt like they get to know the kids properly there. DD#2 is about to start there after Easter as we have had to wait for a place in her age range, but I really don't know what the situation is re places at the moment. Ann could probably advise you when you ring though.
We left the Kidsinc nursery at Bluewater after several years of mixed feelings about their care of our DDs.
We did visit the Asquith at Sidcup too when we were looking about and we felt very comfortable with that as a nursery but chose not to use it due to the high costs involved there.
Hope that helps a bit - good luck with your search.
