Hello there - we have put an offer on a flat in East Finchley, about seven mins walk from the tube up the High Road. I know the area a little having been born in Muswell Hill (a long time ago!) but I would love to get some advice from anyone who has a baby in the area. Are all the baby clubs in Muswell Hill or are there regular things around the station area? I'm quite keen to be able to stay in the local neighbourhood some of the time, as I would also be traveling in to Archway / Upper Holloway etc on the tube to see friends. We don't know anyone in East Finchley itself. I quite like the idea of being very local and also being able to travel back down the hill, if that makes sense, but I don't know if that's realistic!
