Which location around Maidenhead to start a physiotherapy business?

Hi all
I am looking for premises to start a physiotherapy clinic in Maidenhead but live in Amersham so am not familiar with the area - any advice would be really appreciated. Which part of Maidenhead do you think would be suitable for an upscale business as although most of the office space is in the town centre, I was wondering if folks living in the suburbs of Maidenhead would consider driving into the centre for an appointment or would be inclined to look around the suburbs or nearby areas such as Bray, Cookham Dean etc. I would assume that the majority of my patient base would be residents rather than office workers and that other similar clinics appear to be located in the suburbs rather than the town centre.

Thank you!

Somewhere in the suburbs might be free parking, easier to get to etc.
But there are stacks of physios about. Perhaps consider an area that's less populated with physios than others? Or one that's easier to get to from outlying areas with no physios?

Certainly premises in the suburbs would be cheaper for you.

Thank you Ariela. I should have mentioned that I run predominantly osteopathy clinics with physio as a secondary service. To be blunt, having driven around, the town centre looks like it could be off putting so the thrust of the query was whether residents of Maidenhead living in the suburbs would be put off by going into the town centre for an appointment (I saw an office this week which included parking onsite)?
