Looking for any advice on Penarth/Cogan area. Looking at houses around Redlands Road area. Unsure if there's a good community feel and also want to avoid noisy areas with anti social behaviour. Live in the Vale and am aware Cogan may have been considered a little 'rougher' a while ago... no insult intended at all.
Any comments appreciated x
