Hello hive mind…. I’m looking for intel on the Groves area as a place to live. We’ve been to see a house we really like on Eldon st but can’t quite work out whether the area is for us or not. I know it’s studenty- but is that ever a major issue? We really like Park Grove school (we have a 7 and a 5 year old) but as we’ve only had a flying visit to the area it’s hard to get a feel for the place.
I’ve tried researching other local forums and it’s seems to have mixed reviews as a place to live.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
