Moving to Exwick, Exeter

Hi, i've found a house in Exwick. I've heard bad things about Exwick, can anyone say whether it's a good place and in paticular is Lakelands Drive nice?

Exwick is mostly fine, it has a bad reputation due to a murder from 25 years ago and the road Farm Hill is worth avoiding. There is some anti social behavior in Exwick, mostly from youths. Lakelands drive is fine.
