I am considering setting myself up as a freelance solicitor for a better work/home balance. Will have all the usual SRA stuff to comply with and the insurance. I would also be able to offer my services cheaper than local firms as I would not need to pay many overheads they have. I am currently assessing whether this would potentially be popular with potential clients and would welcome any feedback or concerns that people may have about such a service. Many thanks
