Help Needed regarding schools in epsom

Hi everybody,
am moving to epsom in may. any idea regarding good independent schools in the area. son starts his reception in september...so advice and suggestions needed urgently.

yes st christophers is the best but stops at 7
otherwise try downsend or kingswood house which go up to 13 ...they are all well regarded but all differnt in size location etc

alos it will depend which side youa re moving too as, as you can imagine, the school run is...er ..quite frenetic in the mornings.

Hi, have just seen your post, this may be a bit late, but I live in Banstead and my children go to Downsend. Downsend have 3 lodges for children from 2 to 6, (Nursery to Year 1) they have a lodge in Epsom, although both my children went to Ashtead lodge which is near the main school (main school goes up to 13). I visited a number of schools and Downsend have by far the best reputation in the area and the best facilities and I think it is worth the drive in the mornings. There is the option of a school bus when they go to the main site which runs from several areas.

Thanks BoozyBoo. Visited Downsend and kingswoodhouse. Downsend at epsom dont have any places for this year and i cant send him to any other lodge. liked kingswood house a lot as well.....so he is hopefully going there
