SHould I Move to Upper Parkstone

I need some advice

I have currently offered on a place in kent, why you might ask
well it was still closer to london for various personal reasons.

But we have seen a lovely house in parkstone my budget is about £360k
2/3 bedrooms house only

whats everyone's opinion lately of Upper Parkstone ??

Upper parkstone in Poole?

yes upper parkstone in poole

It’s a fine area, some parts nicer than others. Some parts I would avoid!!

Close to Poole centre and close to Bournemouth which is ideal.
Poole and Bournemouth have a brilliant bus service, good nightlife, good beaches, good shopping. Lots of positives.
