We are talking of getting our internal garage converted and bringing the kitchen downstairs. Only been living in Telford 3 years so don't know any builders, could do with some recommendations please, TIA.

Ooooooh lovely - what is she having done? If your SIL is happy with the work and the price etc then would love to hear who she is using.
We are supposed to be getting a quote but being typical builders still waiting!
