Hello! Me and my partner have just started looking for our first home (we are in our mid 20s), our budget is only 290 so have been looking at flats in the west malling area, we have seen a few on kings hill but the service chargers are too much for us to afford! We have also looked at leybourne chase however we found that there wasn't much within walking distance.
We are looking for a nice village/town with a few shops and a pub within 15 minutes walking distance no further into Kent than Maidstone as my partner works at blue water.
I actually live in west London so am not too familiar with any villages or towns in the area so any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
