Does anyone know of any support groups in the Colchester area for a mum suffering with postnatal depression? She's willing to travel a bit if necessary...

I'm not aware of any at present, in fact its an area I'm looking to develop in my organisation.

She could think about individual counselling which may help. Has she asked her HV what support there is?
