mother and son were treated most rudely by a bus driver of no 5 bus heading to portobello high school. sent an email to [email protected] [email protected] and [email protected] regarding the case, but no response. the bus driver must be a bad apple amongst the usual fine staff among the drivers of public buses in Edinburgh. how to get this at least looked at so this driver cannot get away with his conduct?
