Anyone able to suggest a reliable sitter?

Don't know anyone down here, family 7 hours drive away and DH is taking me out on teh 13th february to a Burn's Night (yes i know it;s in January, but it's the military we are talking about)
Can anyone recommend a sitter for DSes who will be 10 and 8
