i am a mum, doula, maternity reflexologist and yoga teacher living near ravenscourt park.
i teach pregnancy yoga and birth prep classes at a really beautiful centre in fulham called the fulham yogashala www.fulhamyogashala.co.uk they also offer a weekly new mammas yoga class which you attend with your babe until they start crawling! it's a really gorgeous place - wish it had existed when i had my 2 dd's!
