Anyone know a good sparky?

A friend of mine needs an electrician and asked me to recommend one. The last one I used I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy (well, maybe them), so I wondered if anyone else knew someone in the South Croydon/Purley/Sanderstead area?

Was expensive when we used him (a Sunday callout) but would prob be cheaper for a normal service.
