I'm looking to buy a flat in either Watercolour or Park 25 in Redhill and had a few questions if any of you live there. I'm also considering Royal Earlswood Park.
- Are the 2 bed flats roomy/spacious? Estate agent pictures always lie and I haven't arranged viewings yet just considering prospective places
- What is the service charge like?
- Are there any cladding issues?
- Any general issues / negatives about the developments?
- Is there a community feel? I'm relocating so will want to make some new friends and connections
- I have a cat - are animals excluded in the lease?
