Hello All,

I am in but of dilemma on where to buy home in Aylesbury. Whether to buy on north side which is vale or south side which is near town. Also I am trying to finalise the new build
Home and want some inputs if David wilson or Taylor wimpey are worth buying .
Also my criteria is to be near to best primary and secondary schools as grammar schools ate accessible from both north or south side of aylesbury

Also whether safety wise and community wise which is better side.I really liked some of the developments like Kingsbrook on south and berryfields on north

Please share your experience and help me decide as I want to move for many years and settle in this area

There's lots being built between Aylesbury and Aston Clinton. Berryfields looks nice enough.

Hi all,
I'm new here. Thanks for the wonderful website.. i have found this while searching for homes and grammar schools.
I am also checking if any better places in Aylesbury to consider buying home with grammer school catchment areas.
Since 2 years the prices are high .
Should buying new build is advisable? As the new houses has less backyard when compared to the old properties.
Is MK is still a catchment area of Buckinghamshire grammer schools ?
Could someone please help on this ?
Currently i am in Abingdon. Even though the town is nice. I am looking for grammar schools considerations and planning to buy a home atleast by next summer.
Plz some insights and advices highly appreciated!
Thanks ,
Veda
