Hi, I don't have kids yet, but hoping to in the (near) future. My partner and I are looking for a family home in Romsey or Winchester. Obviously can get more for your money in Romsey but I was wondering if there's anything we should take into account when making our decision if we became parents? Things come up in the Whitenap but there doesn't seem to be many amenities nearby, and for whatever reason I've got it in my head that being able to walk to a cafe is a big deal when you're stuck at home with a baby. Are there any key factors in deciding between the two that might not occur to a couple pre-baby? It's such a massive long-term decision and we're buying for a life we don't have yet, I don't want to miss something important 😬
