Local friends wanted! Prettygate area?

We are a couple of slightly elderly parents (!) who both work part time, and share childcare of our friendly 18-month boy. We would like to meet local parents for friendship, chats and tea drinking. Is there anyone who may be interested?

Hi bigswifty. Have you tried any Toddler Groups around. There is a good one in Copford on a Friday that I go to, and elderly or not, everyone is welcome. Its a great place to meet a range of friendly people and for your DS to play with other children and a range of toys.

I forgot to say that it starts at 10:00, they provide a drink and snack for children and parents and it costs £1.50. It finishes at midday.
