Anyone moved to Bristol to Cheltenham? How have you found the experience?
Me and my family moved to the South West at the beginning of 2020 for work, and DH is from Devon so we're MUCH closer to family and friends now.
I love being in the South West - the people, the countryside, the amenities - but I'm finding Bristol a bit "too much" as a parent to small people. Basically, I'd like more of a large-town feel rather than a large-city, a bit buzzy with good transport links but not quite as full-on city as Bristol! My work now only needs me in Bristol occasionally (I haven't been into the office since March 2020), so we're considering relocating to someone still nearby before the kids start school...
So - Cheltenham! Tell me your thoughts!
