Hi guys! I really need your help… I’m planning to buy a house in Latchford (Edgewater park) but keep reading lots of mixed reviews about the estate. Some say it’s nice as it’s close to Stockton heath and grappenhall etc and some say it’s really not a nice area. Would I be making a mistake moving there? Is it really that bad and why?
Also, what is the commute like from warrington bank quay to Manchester City centre? I know the journey time is only c30mins but are the trains reliable/on time etc?
