Moving to Guildford - advice needed!

Hi, my DD got an offer from GHS for reception place next year. We’re considering to move to Guildford. Any advice on the location? Would love to look for a nice area with lovely neighbourhood and also close to GHS of course. We don’t know Guildford at all so any local advice will be great!

What are you looking for and what’s the budget? Will you be commuting to work, and if so where to?

We’re looking for a 4 bedroom house and will look for renting first. Not sure about budget as we don’t know local market. But potentially within £2.5k pm?

Sorry it’s the first time I post here. I’m still navigating… One of us will travel to central London for work so it needs to be reasonable distance to train station.
