Areas around Birmingham

Hiya

So I want to move with my DD to an area on the outskirts of Birmingham.

I am currently looking at Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield and Solihull.

Can anyone from these areas give me advice on the general feel of the place. I'm moving from Cornwall so would like a bit more greenery but commutable to Birmingham, more importantly it needs to be safe with good schools (primary and secondary)
I will be renting not buying 🙂

Hi OP, you may be best posting this in Chat. This board is very quiet.

I'm south Birmingham, so not an expert on the areas you're interested in, but I have friends in Solihull and they like it. I also think Lichfield is a lovely area.
