Moving To Tunbridge Wells

Hi All,

My wife and I are looking to move to Tunbridge Wells next year. We are looking to purchase some land to build on (5 Acers).
Does anyone know which are good areas to live and purchase land in.
Can anyone provide us with some information on the safest areas to live are and anyone to avoid of course.
