Hi everyone! Looking for some advice on Guildford locations please.
DH and I want to move to Guildford, both early-mid 30s. Where do young families/ couples live in Guildford?
Looked at Bray/ Agraria rd but are these roads full of students renting as close to the uni? Also heard about Charlottesville, any particular roads and is parking ok? Do most people get the bus/drive to the train station? Are the roads just north of the town centre e.g. foxenden rd nice or studenty? Any other areas?
Both of us will commute part time to London so distance to Guildford station is important and we want to be walking distance to town for eating out etc. We are really keen to make local friends to go to pub quizes/ play tennis etc. so want to buy in the right area.
House budget is approx 625-750k.
