Hi there!
Hubby and I moving to Sheffield (nearer Rotherham) and with only one car and used to be in London with the Tubes etc., what's the best way to get around and into Sheffield?
If I want to go into Leeds one night from where we'll be living, I'd have to go to SHeffield station - does Uber operate outside of Sheffield city centre? Or would I need to get a normal taxi. Are they safe late at night to come back from the station using one to go home?
Since living in London for last 9 years, moving about has been so easy - we never had a car for 8 years as it was either take a bus or tube (now we have a car just to get around outside of London more conveniently) so it's going to take a while to get used to being not so independent.
