Looking for a Nanny

Hi all, we have moved to Newark recently and looking for a Nanny for our toddler. I've tried looking for one in Childcare.com and care.com but still couldn't find one. Most of the people didn't even reply. Can somebody please advise how to go about this? Are there any newspaper I can advertise in?

I suggest using an agency

They do all the checks for you

Worth every penny of the cost
