Hi ladies,
I am a local Hither Green mum of one (Ruby aged 4 1/2 months) and am in the process of setting up a babysigning course at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Handen Rd, Lee.
I am holding a taster session on WED 5th DEC at 11.30. The cost is £2 to cover costs but will include tea and nice biscuits!!!
The course itself will start in January.
The main emphasis of the course and taster is for us local parents and carers to get together, provide local support and friendship and to learn basic signs to communicate with our little ones before they can talk.
Any babies/ children are welcome - especially crying/feeding ones - I know exactly what it is like when they start to cry just as you walk into a room so don't panic - we're all mums and carers together!! You can start from any age.
