Hello - we are looking to relocate to the Grantham area. My husband is leaving the military after 24 years, so we will soon be homeless (!). My brother moved to Grantham last September with his wife and children, she is originally from Lincolnshire, and her parents still live there. We have no huge pull anywhere, we're both from West Wales, but job opportunities are spars, so we're not interested in heading back there, so locating ourselves near family seems like a good an idea as any. But where would you look to buy with two children, one who will be moving into Y1 this September, an another who starts school next year? My husbands new job will be working form home a lot, and I'm a teacher. Advice on areas to look and areas to avoid are both welcome.
