Someone I know has recently returned from Saudi Arabia and is out and about ( not quarantining). It makes me angry that he has no regard for the rules. He should be in 10 day quarantine.
His kid studies with my kid at school and he shows up at pick up and picnics.
I don't know what to do - should I be reporting him ? I don't want our relationship to sour as well.
