Kenley Road near to Triangle

Hi all, DH, DS (14 month old) and I (PG with second and due end 2021) are looking to move to Kenley Road in KT1. Does anyone have any views on the neighbouring roads/people that live there?

We’ve seen a few unsavoury types near the Triangle and Dickerage Road YMCA playground, but not sure how reflective this is of the area as a whole. Are there (m)any middle class families about etc?

Hi Lottie, thanks for your post. We are exactly in the same situation now. Found a place near Clevedon Road which we like. The house is everything we want it to be. But unsure about the area. Did you find any reliable responses to your post? Did you finally go through with the purchase? Any experience you can share will be great. Thanks
