So my partner and I have been thinking for a while that we would like to move away from London, somewhere quieter.
We have visited Oxford and the surrounding quite a few times and we really like it.
What would be a good area for us to buy a house? We don't have children so not bothered with schools or child related matters. We are not fussed about shopping centres or nightlife.
We would like a 2 bedroom house and our budget is between 250k-300k somewhere quiet but with good transport links.
Hubby can be transferred to Oxford without losing too much of his salary whilst I work in banking and mainly remotely but sometimes I would need to get to London for work stuff.
Would love to hear some suggestions!
