Fatty needs a trainer

I put on nearly FIVE STONE during my first pregnancy. I've since lost it... but now I'm pregnant again and am TERRIFIED of doing the same thing all over again because of the health and mental issues associated with this kind of weight gain. Can anyone recommend an antenatal personal trainer in Muswell Hill who could help me improve my fitness and stay a reasonable size over the next 8-9 months ?? I'd be really grateful.

There is a good antenatal / postnatal keep fit class at Park road on Mondays 12-13pm. Can recommend it as mixture of cardiovascular /toning and weights.

Thanks finland

Does anyone know of a weekend class or personal trainer? (I should have mentioned that I work full time).

Just an idea would be to contact local posh gyms with banks of personal trainers, and see whether any of them are specially trained in ante-natal training? I was a member of Virgin in Crouch End, for example, and I remember that my personal trainer was excellent though I wasn't pregnant so can't remember if he had credentials in this area. However, all of the personal trainers in their team of about 8 or so seemed to specialise in different client needs, so you'd think at least one of them would be able to help you? Maybe the Laboratory nr Ally Pally might also have a bank of personal trainers and help match you to someone suitable?
