We’re looking to relocate. My partner is working in Portsmouth so it would have to be somewhere nearby, we are considering areas within or around Portsmouth or Chichester direction. We have a very small budget, £240k for a three bed so I know we probably don’t have an awful lot of options. Would need to be within catchment (and preferably walking distance) from good secondary schools and have lots to do for young teens (they’ve just got to the age they’re hanging out with friends independently so wouldn’t want them having to travel too far). Where would people recommend that’s safe, commutable Portsmouth and family friendly? Or what areas in particular to go for or avoid?
