Woking schools - primary and secondary

Hi everyone, just trying to get a feel for local primary and secondary schools in the Woking area. Our nearest primary is Beaufort and looking ahead, we are looking at Woking High as a secondary - was wondering if anyone has kiddies that go to these schools and recommends them (or advises to stay away!). Thanks very much in advance for your help!

Hi - I’ve got one at Woking high. It’s great - only in y8 so far and it’s all been rather COVID-y, but I’ve been v impressed with them. 8 form entry, and they effectively split the intake into two groups of 4 forms, and then all the setting and mixing is within those 4 forms, so they have a better chance of getting to know each other. Teachers all seem great, the one case of bullying we heard of was cracked down on v rapidly and kids were fine to go and speak with heads of year ASAP - they build good relationships. Good luck with it all!

Also, from what I could tell, if you aren’t paying for a school, or going to a specific religious secondary, Woking high is one of the best for miles.
