Sandbach good or bad?

I'm moving to sandbach and have heard some disturbing information about the Linden road hostel? Is this a cause for concern for me moving to the area with a child ? Are there currently offenders there ? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know, but it's very damp, sits in a bowl and isn't suitable for anyone with breathing problems i.e Asthma.

Sorry, I'm not sure tbh, it's what is said. It's very low down, not much above river level. Quite a few towns in Cheshire are.
I had Asthma and was terrible, lived there for a while.
Very damp and particularly misty/foggy.
