Moving to Lower Kingswood Tadworth, Surrey

What is Lower Kingswood like? I'm moving to Surrey area for work and looking to buy a house. We have found a house we really like in Lower Kingswood but don't know anything about the area.

Is it safe/whats the crime rate like? Is the neighbourhood nice? Any streets that we should be avoiding?

Would greatly appreciate it someone could shed some light to help us make a decision about buying a house! Thanks :)

Hi, I know you posted this a while ago but did you buy the house? We have found a house here and like you don’t know the area. If you did move here do you like it?

Yes we bought the house and moved here. We love it! Lovely area, lots of walks and nature around us. We've been here for about 8 months and have had no bother at all.
