I've been really careful regarding food, mainly homemade so I can boost intake of the 'good stuff'.
I made Chicken Fajitas last night, with well cooked chicken and veggies etc.
Started to feel a little queasy before bed last night, followed by abdominal cramps through the night. This morning several trips to the loo with V.loose bowel movements (Sorry if TMI). No vomiting so far.
I haven't had any "morning sickness" during pregnancy yet either.
I'm now 9 weeks pregnant and really worried about implications for the baby... Could this cause serious issues?
Not really sure what to do other than keep hydrated and rest. Speak to my MW if it carries on?
Any advice greatly appreciated!
