Hello everyone, We are looking to move to the Caversham/ Emmer Green area and would love your recommendations on the area. We are going to view houses and will hate to move to an area which we don't like. We have a budget of 500k-600k and are looking for a three bedroom house. Our child will be going to an independent school so don't have to consider catchment area.
- How is Emmer Green area compared to the Caversham Heights?
- We like a house on Buckingham Drive? But seems like a high traffic road. Is the traffic bad there, is there noise from the road?
- There is another property on Grove Mews in Emmer Green. Again not sure about the area.
- Also looking at one in Caversham heights, on Kidmore road? I hear that also is a busy road but not as much as the Peppard Road. Is that area worth paying a premium for? Considering Resale value amongst other things.
Will really appreciate your inputs.
- I read that there is going to be a big development near the Reading Golf space. Anyone know which roads will be affected by it?
- Any roads which we should avoid?
