Hi all! We are relocating to York from Manchester and my Manchester house has sold but we’ve yet to find our York property. We’ll be in a strong position to move when I do find the next house, but meanwhile we’re in need of a short term let in York. The rental market is very competitive atm and seems to demand 12 month contracts which I can’t commit to. Ideally I’m looking for a 2 bed property which we can rent on a short term “rolling” basis so that when it comes to completing on the new house I’ll be ready to move with less notice. If anybody has a house sitting empty please let me know! There must be some inactive Airbnb’s out there? Thanks in advance ☺️.
