Otley - nice place to live or no?!

Hi,
We are viewing a house in Otley, on the Cambridge estate. Just wondering if this is a nice area or not? We’re a bit worried as we seem to be able to get more for our money than in other surrounding areas such as Cookridge and Rawdon.
Also wondering what the all saints primary school and Prince Henry grammar are like?
