Swimming pool recommendations in S.Wales

Anyone know of any good swimming pools in South Wales, newport area? Planning to go swimming with Dd 13months for the first time (with MIL as well). Looking for somewhere that has nice changing room facilities etc. I havent been swimming in literally YEARS and have moved down from london, so have no idea where to go.

I live just north of newport. I know cwmbran stadium has a big pool, as well as Pontypool leisure centre.
