Hi guys
We are looking to move towards Bristol, as hubby working there now.
I have 4 small children aged 5 and under.
Need good schools
I have looked at North Somerset as don’t want to be in the city.
I’m just after some advice on what areas people would recommend?
I don’t wAnt to be completely sucluded but as long as there Are shops in driving distance not to far I’m happy.

Hi There Natszwee,

We're no experts in property or schools in and around Bristol but we bet plenty of our users are so we've nipped in to say hi and give this a bump for you.

Good Luck with your house/school search.

Where in Bristol is your DH working?

Natszwee · 26/08/2020 08:14

He works 5 mins into the city.

It depends on which side of the city he's working. I've known it take 2 hours to cross from the north west side of the city where DM lives to the south east side (outskirts) where I live if the traffic is held up. Other times it takes 30 minutes. Can you be a bit more specific (name of the area) because it's a big place?
If he's in the vicinity of a railway station like Temple Meads I would suggest one of the satellite towns like Nailsea, Yate or Keynsham as all of these have a station.

I have been looking at North Somerset way. as he is in south of Bristol. Broad street if that helps?
I’m from Portsmouth so have no idea on locations
