dog friendly apartment for graduate student

Hi, I'm looking for a dog friendly, mould free apartment/flat/house share for a female graduate student, commencing around the third week in August 2020. The dog is tiny (about 4lb/2kg) and ideally the accommodation would have access to any size of garden. Thanks ever so much.
