Hi mums,
I'm very confused as we are planning to move to Blackfen area. The house prices are still affordable for us and the area seems to be quiet and safe.
We've already looked at some properties near the Oval and we really like the area. But I don't know anything for the schools around here especially primaries.
I will really appreciate any opinion about the area and schools nearby.
Any other local info would be very useful, as buying a house is a big step and I really feel overwhelmed.
