your school choice will depend on catchemt areas, which you can check here link
Dulwich dental clinic is good, as is 306 medical centre GP- you can register online but it is again done by a catchment area (you can't register if you are outside of catchment) so you can check if you are eligible on the website.
I don't know about austism specific things unfortunately
Dog Kennel Park is very good, it has a large playground and offer different activities such as football and arts and craft

all the best with your move

no problem, you are in the catchment for the medical centre I linked (so you can apply online before you move). I think your local primary school is Goodrich primary, you can apply direct to the school for in year admissions so it may be worth contacting the school to check for places soon. also, I don't know the ages of your dc but if they are aged 6-9, they can join a woodcraft folk group which would help them meet new people. there is one that meets in Dulwich Wood Primary School on Wednesdays, contact details here. JAGS sports centre offer swimming lessons, if that's something you are interested in for the dc. for nurseries, I think the closest is gumboots nursery.

all the best x
